Shipping, Returns & Policies

Shipping

Outbound shipping is free via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery in the Continental United States (CONUS). Alaska & Hawaii incur a shipping charge & will be via USPS unless you choose FedEx Express service. We will make every effort to ship your bag within 2 - 3 business days. The lead-time for custom embroidered items and some accessory pieces may be 2-3 weeks. Please email info@26luggage.com for questions. Shipments to metropolitan areas normally arrive within three days.

Order Tracking

You will be notified by email of your order confirmation. You will receive a tracking email from FedEx @ time of shipment.

Outbound shipping is free. If you miss your delivery (FedEx will make three attempts) & the item is returned to us, we will charge you for the 2nd round. Please call 800-GOFEDEX with your tracking number to hold or alter the delivery date.

Custom Orders

A luggage piece with an embroidered logo is considered a custom order and therefore is not "In Stock". Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping of these items. Custom orders are not returnable.

The free monogrammed handle we offer with Luggage Works (LW) Rolling Bags will generally arrive via USPS within ten business days. If you purchase a LW Rolling Bag with a company logo, the handle will come with the bag.

Returns

You may return unused items for 30 days. No wear or tear will be accepted. We reserve the right to examine returned items & make a subjective judgment as to their condition before issuing a refund or credit. Please coordinate all returns in advance via email info@26luggage.com. Orders damaged in transit require a claim with FedEx. We will assist you in that process.

Peripatetic Travel is not responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Exchanges will incur a shipping charge for the new items.

Warranty

We are an authorized vendor for all items we sell. Any claims for service will be made with the applicable manufacturer, i.e., Luggage Works, Dakine, etc. Please retain your invoice. It is the reference point for all claims involving manufacturing defects, etc. All returns for warranty will be made directly to the manufacturer.
